I have to admit i don't know what Theogony means, apart from "something to do with religious thought"

Specifically means "origin of the gods", or in this case "how the four weirdos from Tilotny Throws A Shape accidentally ruined the galaxy by creating the galaxy and then the Cthulu Mythos gets involved for some reason". There's only so many begats and long species-creation lists a man can take.

Currently reading Queen of the Empire and Prophets of the Dark Side in an omnibus edition. Next up is Splinter of the Mind's Eye because I enjoyed Alan Dean Foster's Star Wars (1976) so much.

Currently trying to read Supernatural Transformations: The Trials and Transformations of Arhul Hextrophon after finding the site and its PDF. Not sure if further discussion should go in Star Wars Theory or Consuming Media Uncritically, but in short; not that worth it. The first 150 or so pages are kind of good, and then you get bogged down in endless dull theogony.

Media is for non star wars, I'll update the description. I'd say theory is a good fit if you want discussion. I've tried reading some of it myself but it's genuinely interminable
